Our recipe for homemade teriyaki sauce couldn’t be easier! Here’s what you’ll need:
Soy Sauce or Tamari
Orange Juice
Garlic
Ginger
Prune Purée
Simply add all of the ingredients to a saucepan, bring to a simmer, and let it cook down for 10 minutes. Easy, right?

- ⅓ cup Tamari or soy sauce
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 cloves garlic finely grated
- 1 TBSP freshly grated ginger
- 3 TBSP prune puree
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer.
- Simmer the sauce for 10 minutes until reduced and slightly thickened.
