Prune Energy Bites

Packed with prunes, chia seeds, and oats, these nutritious Prune Energy Bites are easy to make and even easier to enjoy on the go. Recipe by Key Ingredients for the California Prune Board.


  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup Prunes
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons honey


Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until everything is crumbled. Form mixture into 1″ balls.  Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
