Overnight Soaked Oats

These overnight soaked oats are easy to prep and even easier to enjoy the next morning. Recipe by Chris Mohr, PhD, RDN.

Servings: 1-2
Prep Time:


  • 1 cup whole, rolled oats
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • ½ cup CA Prunes, chopped
  • ¼ cup, pecans, chopped
  • 1 fresh banana, chopped


Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix.

Cover bowl, place in refrigerator overnight, and enjoy the next morning.
