Overnight Soaked Oats
These overnight soaked oats are easy to prep and even easier to enjoy the next morning. Recipe by Chris Mohr, PhD, RDN.
- 1 cup whole, rolled oats
- 1 cup low fat milk
- ½ cup CA Prunes, chopped
- ¼ cup, pecans, chopped
- 1 fresh banana, chopped
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix.
Cover bowl, place in refrigerator overnight, and enjoy the next morning.
