Acai Bowl with California Prunes

1 frozen banana 

5 prunes

1 cup acai puree ( or your choice of frozen fruit )



2 prunes cut into strips

1 tablespoon goji berries

1-2 tablespoons cashew nuts

a handful of raspberries

pineapple slices

coconut shreds

mint leaves




Pour boiling water over prunes and set aside for 5 minutes.

Put frozen banana, hot prunes and acai puree into the blender and blend well.

Pour smoothie into a bowl.

Place slices of pineapple, coconut shreds,  prunes , raspberries, cashew, goji berries and mint leaves on top of smoothie.

Serve immediately
