Ingredients
 
 

  • ½ cup oats dry
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup California prunes finely chopped
  • 1 TBSP almond butter
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp grated orange peel
  • 1/2 cup vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 TBSP sliced almonds

Instructions
 

  • Mix oats, water, ginger and 3 tablespoons of the prunes together.
  • Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from microwave. Stir in the almond butter, Greek yogurt, maple syrup and orange peel and blend well.
  • Top with the remaining prunes and sliced almonds.
