We used some of our favorite heart healthy ingredients, like:
Prunes: Prunes can help reduce cholesterol and inflammation
Walnuts: Walnuts are an excellent source of Omega 3s, which can help prevent heart disease
Almonds: Almonds are cholesterol-free, and a great source of healthy fats
