Ingredients
- ½ cup oats dry
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup California prunes finely chopped
- 1 TBSP almond butter
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp grated orange peel
- 1/2 cup vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 TBSP sliced almonds
Instructions
- Mix oats, water, ginger and 3 tablespoons of the prunes together.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Remove from microwave. Stir in the almond butter, Greek yogurt, maple syrup and orange peel and blend well.
- Top with the remaining prunes and sliced almonds.
