These overnight soaked oats are easy to prep and even easier to enjoy the next morning. Recipe by Chris Mohr, PhD, RDN.
What are overnight oats
Overnight oats are exactly what they sound like. They’re oats that have been combined with a variety of different ingredients and soaked overnight. They have a creamy consistency that’s slightly different than cooked oats. If you’re looking for a delicious grab-and-go breakfast, look no further. Simply stir together all the ingredients the night before, store in the fridge, and it’s ready to enjoy the next morning.
