Why we love this Moscow Mule Mocktail

Fizzy and full of flavor, this mocktail is a satisfying substitute for a traditional moscow mule. We subbed ginger kombucha for ginger beer. Ginger kombucha isn’t just a delicious addition to this mocktail – like prunes, kombucha is good for gut health. Kombucha is a fermented beverage and a good source of probiotics and antioxidants!

Is prune juice good for gut health?

Yes! Prunes (and prune juice) are a prebiotic food, meaning they encourage beneficial probiotic bacteria to take up residence in your gut. They’re also an excellent source of fiber, which helps encourage regularity!
