Prune Negroni

Ingredients

Prune Infusion:

  • 2 c. California Prunes
  • 1 c. Jacks Gin #2
  • 1 c. Apero Americano Spritz
  • 1/4 c. Figcello

To Garnish:

  • 1/2  c. Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 long orange spiral

Directions

For the prune infusion, combine Gin, Apero, Figcello and prunes in a clean jar and let rest for 1 week. Strain the liquid.

To serve, fill a low-ball glass with ice, add the prune infusion and vermouth and stir briefly. Gently squeeze the orange over the top, then drop in and garnish with an infused prune.
