How to make this healthy smoothie recipe
This smoothie takes just minutes to make! Simply add all of the ingredients to the blender and give it a whir!
Can you use frozen fruit to make this smoothie?
You can definitely use frozen fruit to make this super smoothie. Just eliminate the ice and add almond milk or coconut water until your smoothie reaches the desired consistency.
Pro-tip: Buying frozen strawberries for this smoothie? Opt for sliced strawberries, whole strawberries can be difficult to blend.
Can I meal prep these smoothies?
If you’re a meal prepper, you can simply add the fruits and beet powder to a zip lock baggie. Store the bag in the freezer. When you’re ready to make your smoothie, simply add yogurt and vanilla (keep in mind that you’ll need to add a little extra liquid before blending).
Pro tip: Be sure to slice your bananas and strawberries so that they’re easier to blend!
