- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- Maple syrup (optional)
- 2-4 tablespoons almond butter
- 9-10 diced or sliced California Prunes
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
Toast slices of bread. If using maple syrup, mix with almond butter and spread onto bread slices. Top with Prune, walnuts and coconut flakes. Serve warm!
