Walnut-Stuffed Prunes
Ingredients
- 24 California Prunes pitted
- 24 walnut halves
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Make a slit down the side of each Prune and place a walnut half inside.
- Place a walnut half inside, wrapping the Prune around the walnut to cover it completely.
- Mix sugar with cinnamon and place in a dish or pie plate.
- Roll Prunes in sugar mixture.
- Store in an airtight container.
