Smoothies are a healthy and delicious way to start your day. They’re loaded with healthy fruits and vegetables and take only a few minutes to make. Bonus: According to Eat This Not That, prunes and yogurt are are winning combination than can help prevent your bones from aging!
Purple Power Smoothie

- ¼ cup diced California Prunes
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup pomegranate juice
- ½ cup frozen berries can be a mixture of berries or just strawberries
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender except ice.
- Puree until smooth.
- Add ice until you achieve desired consistency.
