Natalie Mariani Kling, CCN, is Marketing Manager and a fourth-generation family member of the Mariani Packing Company, global leaders of premium dried fruit. A certified clinical nutritionist for over 15 years, she is committed to communicating the simple and accessible ways real food can support healthy children and families – a commitment and passion stemming from her own son who was born with neurological challenges. Personally driven to bring her family’s vision of “Inspiring Healthy Living” to life, Natalie has recently instituted a companywide wellness program and co-leads the Leadership Development team at Mariani. Host of the family business podcast, “A Seat at the Table,” Natalie is honored to speak with families who are navigating the trials and triumphs of taking their family businesses into the next generation.

Joe farms prunes, walnuts & olives in Winters, California. As past chairman of the California Prune Board, he now serves on the Executive Committee as well as Nutrition Research & Crop Sustainability & Management Committee. With a passion for field research, his farm has served as a location for many collaborative research projects for UC Cooperative Extension. Joe has a bachelor’s degree from Cal Poly, SLO in Ag Business Management. He’s a long-standing board director of Sunsweet Growers and was chairman of the board of Sunsweet Dryers Cooperative prior to its merger with Sunsweet Growers. He’s been involved with many ag organizations over the years, serving in various leadership roles with the CA Kiwifruit Growers, Yolo County Farm Bureau & Yolo Farmland Trust. He’s also a former fellow of the CA Ag Leadership Program.
