Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • cups Real California Milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup prune puree or maple syrup
  • 1 TBSP melted butter
  • 1 cup chopped California Prunes
  • ½ cup Real California Vanilla Yogurt for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a quarter sheet pan or 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, maple syrup, and butter. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Fold in chopped prunes and spread mixture evenly onto the sheet pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cool slightly and cut into squares. Dollop with yogurt before serving.
