- 24 California Prunes pitted
- 24 walnut halves
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Make a slit down the side of each Prune and place a walnut half inside.
Place a walnut half inside, wrapping the Prune around the walnut to cover it completely.
Mix sugar with cinnamon and place in a dish or pie plate.
Roll Prunes in sugar mixture.
Store in an airtight container.
Makes 24 stuffed prunes.
