California Prune Marmalade

Prune Marmalade is our favorite fruit preserve. This sweet and textured marmalade created by

Ingredients
 
 

  • 12 ounces California Prunes
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 cups water
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine prunes, water, and sugar in a medium-sized pot. Cook for 30 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Purée in a blender. Set aside to cool. Transfer to a squeeze bottle.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Enjoy prune marmalade with toast, crackers, or as a sweet addition to the ultimate cheese board.
