  • ½ cup Real California Vanilla Yogurt
  • ½ cup California Milk
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 TBSP honey optional
  • 1 cup of ice

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
