Turkey Prune Lettuce Wraps

Lettuce is the "wrap", and a spicy ground turkey and prune mixture is the filling in this Asian-inspired dish. The sweet-and-tart dipping sauce adds a pop of brightness to bring it together.

  • Spoon 2 tablespoons onto lettuce leaves. Serve immediately with dipping sauce.

Notes

Can you make this with leftover Thanksgiving turkey? Absolutely! Just shred/chop the turkey, toss it in with the ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil and add it at the end. Cook for a few minutes until the turkey is warmed through.
