For the prune syrup: simmer 2 cups (150g) chopped prunes in 1 cup (250ml) water and 1 cup (200g)sugar. Add 1 tablespoon. white peppercorns, 3 cardamom pods, and 4 cloves. Simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Strain and cool.
Combine sparkling, prune syrup, and Apero in an ice-filled wine glass. Stir for 3 seconds. Top with Club Soda and garnish with infused prunes and orange for a beautiful and tasty drink.
