Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana peeled and broken into chunks
  • 6 California Prunes
  • 1 TBSP beet juice powder optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender, close lid, and pulse until smooth. If a thicker smoothie is desired, add up to one cup of crushed ice and blend again until smooth.
  • Pour into two glasses and garnish with fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint if desired.
  • Serve immediately!

Notes

Beet juice powder adds a pop of extra color (and nutrition), but if you can find it or don’t have any on hand, it’s equally delicious without it.
