These simple and delicious Prosciutto, Prune + Blue Cheese Appetizers will have everyone asking for the recipe! It takes just a few ingredients and 15 minutes to make a bite you'll be truly proud to serve.
Wrap the strips of prosciutto around the prunes, and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 5-6 minutes. (This step is optional, but really makes a big difference!)
While the prunes are baking, divide the blue cheese evenly among the crackers.
When the prunes are finished baking, top each cracker and cheese with a warm prosciutto wrapped prune.
Top each prune with a little rosemary, and serve.
