Prune Snack Skewers

Chef Susan Goss of Zinfandel (Chicago) created these easy fruit and cheese skewers for the California Prune Board.

Thread 1 apple wedge, 1 basil leaf, 1 cube of Cheddar cheese and 1 Prune onto toothpick. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
