Detox Smoothie

Try this new twist on a smoothie for a jumpstart to your day.

Thoroughly wash the vegetables and fresh fruit in water.  Place all the ingredients in the mixer and blend into a smoothie.

  • You can adjust the portions of water and soymilk to easy-to-drink amounts.
  • Add sweet soybean flour or honey for more of a smooth texture.

Prune Purée
In food processor, process Prunes and water until puréed. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 month.
