Terms of Use*
The California Prune Board (Licensor) authorizes Licensee the nonexclusive right to use the logo/tagline in connection with the growing, processing, marketing and sale of California Prunes and derivative products under the following terms of use:

• The logo/tagline must be used with strict adherence to the style and use guidelines accompanying the artwork.

• The logo/tagline must be used in conjunction with 100% California Prunes and derivative products.

• Licensor may revoke permission should Licensee violate any terms of use. All rights and privileges granted to the Licensee will terminate and Licensee shall immediately cease the use of the logo/tagline.

• Licensee is encouraged to contact the California Prune Board with any questions pertaining to allowable use or to report any misuse of the logo/tagline in the marketplace.
I have read the terms of this agreement and agree to use the California Prunes logo/tagline as described.
Agreement to Submit Examples of Use*
Permission for use may be granted AFTER licensee submits to the California Prune Board, at brandresources@prunes.local, a digital file or picture depicting applications of the logo/tagline on all forms of packaging, digital properties, advertising, promotional materials, labels and other collateral material being considered in the request.
