ATO Seoul and the KCIA (Korean Alumni Association of the Culinary Institute of America) co-hosted the annual Great American Culinary Camp in Seoul. The event targeted influential F&B industry leaders.
CPB Korea arranged for participants to develop a California Prunes menu and provided California Prunes and Prune Juice samples to participants. CPB Korea also provided recipe and health information, as well as California Prunes samples, through a tabletop exhibition. California Prunes brochures were handed out to 178 participants.
Participants developed three California Prunes menus, which were presented via a printed recipe book and uploaded as an E-Book to ATO Korea’s website. In addition, one California Prunes menu was served to 178 F&B industry leaders and “Cheese Crisps Salad with Prunes” was served at the Cheese Room during the event.
